You could write a simple axl sql call to get all users where group membership is null and assign them to standard ccm users.  Then use task scheduler to run it periodically.

You could probably use the run sql command through Cat Tools as well.

Is there any way from AD LDAP to import the users into CM with the basic CCM user permissions rather than no permissions at all?
