[cisco-voip] strange call termination code

That was my first thought on this one, Wes. It really stuck out among these alleged 'dropped' calls though.

Nothing appears to be 'wrong' from a system/trace standpoint. We've had a lot of strange behavior with this batch of 9971s.

This is for internal CUCM accounting. It generally should not be indicative of a problem. It is used for call legs that are setup temporarily for feature invocation.

Are you seeing a problem correlated to these events?

I have a call which has the following termination code from CDR.

This code applies when a call terminates during a transfer operation because it was split off and terminated (was not part of the final transferred call). This code can help you to determine which calls terminated as part of a feature operation.

Any ideas on what would cause this? Seems a bit cryptic to me.
