For the sake of Bing;
I have a test plan to check for incoming callingname display on the 79XX phoness, it was failing.
I couldn't get callingname to work without adding "h225 display-ie ccm-compatbile". I know H323/CallManager callingname display was only fixed a few years ago (before you had to use MGCP) but I wasn't aware of this command in IOS 15. I had always use the isdn supp command in the int serial 0/0/0:23
Fix
voice service voip
h323
h225 display-ie ccm-compatible
debug isdn q931
