I'm using Extension Mobility if I logout it still shows wrong time, not sure where the override is your referencing. Can you elaborate?
I reset the CTL/ITL on the Phone no change. Really stumped. I'm wonder if the phone is able to reach the NTP server, but the minute is right, just can't get the hour to change no matter what DTG I put it in/reset, power off/on.

You're not using device mobility and the manual changes to your device pools are over-ridden by the subnet the phones are on are you?

I have a LAX-DP (Los Angeles) with a Date Time Group for Pacific and NTP references, and a HOU-DP (Houston) with a Date Time Group for Central and NTP references. When I change the phone's Device Pool from HOU-DP to LAX-DP the phone display in top left still shows Central time. In short I can't get the phone to change time no matter what Devcie Pool I put it in......
Any thoughts?
