[cisco-voip] IP Phone service problem

Hello guys,

I have setup a lab environment on VMWare and installed CUCM and UCCX on it.
The computer I installed the VM has a 2 GB RAM so I downgraded the
configuration of the CUCM to 512 MB and that of UCCX to 1 GB. The problem
is that when I press the services button on the CIPC, it says requesting
and stays forever.
I am not using DNS names in the enterprise parameter for the services menu
and I followed the guidelines for the URL of the IP Phone Agent service.

CIPC version   = 2.1.4
CUCM version = 6.1.2.1000-13
UCCX version  = 7.0(1)_Build168
