[cisco-voip] Using CUPC 8.5(1) to Controll IP Communicator 8.6 ?

Is it supported to run Cisco Unified Presence Client and IP Communicator on same PC  at same time and expect CUPC  to control IP Communicator?

I'm 99% certain this is not a supported scenario.
