If it's really a big deal, why not just assign CFwdAll a CSS that doesn't have access to the VM pilot?

Personally, when I don't want to talk to people I just don't answer.

is there any way to report on Call Forward State?

we have an issue where people are hiding behind VM. any ideas? we are still on CM 7.1 so some thought has went into AC but it would be a VERY MANUAL reporting (open to other issues)

All I can think of is creating some CTI application, or Mining through CM logs. Any other ideas? Less costly and time consuming?

TIA

Scott
