[cisco-voip] no audio for 10 seconds

I've changed from my corporate email address so we won't have the horrid

Okay.  Here's the deal.

Apparently our VM guys didn't disable LRO.  We made the change and all of
the strange issues have disappeared.

It's 100% Cisco.

I should have an update sometime Monday or Tuesday after we have a chance
to observe the impact of the changes we made last night.

This is a really long shot but do you happen to have any Juniper SRX series
gateways in your environment that your RTP traffic passes through?

(ignore the "2 seconds" bit -- we've observed audio blackouts of varying
