[cisco-voip] CUPC 8.5 Custom Status Messages

CUPC  8.5.1.17660

I can type a custom status message up to 140 character per the user guide for CUPC.

However it appears anything beyond 90 characters doesn't show up on other CUPC clients.  Is this a bug or known caveat?
