[cisco-voip] Voice Gateway router size

Start off with a 29xx.  28xx have been EOS.

There is a Calculator on Cisco's site that will help you with the DSP
resources.

ISDN channels.... I would start with what is currently there, and then
monitor.  Moving up or down as reporting shows.
