[cisco-voip] UC on UCS

Appears I don't have a software defect on it, but I do have specific notes on where it occurred now that I've searched.

A B series upgrading from 1.4.3s to 2.0.1(q).  Upgraded and the system went into a read only mode when LDAP is primary authentication.  TAC was able to fix the problem and upgrade to 2.0.1(s).  I don't know if the issue affects the C series or not.

If you're on the B series, and using LDAP as primary authentication method for system management, I can contact the engineer who reported it to see if I can get you specific information.

Ah, nothing in 2.0 (issues wide) that I've heard of were particular to UC on UCS, so if its working fine for them, WIN! :)  IIRC the worst issue was related to getting locked out of CIMC when using LDAP integrated authentication, etc.  Something to that effect at least.

The 2.0 firmware was the decision of the Server team.  I'm just along for the ride.

Been on it since the 18th, no wacky issues yet.

There are no restrictions on the firmware version for UC on UCS.  I would shy away from 2.0 for now though.  I've seen people posting some goofy issues they've had with 2.x and I think there are some small issues to work out.

Ucs version 2.0 is the new firmware for ucs.
