[cisco-voip] CUEAC 8.6.2.11 upgrade from 8.6.1

Jason,

There will be a new client which will need to be installed along with the server update. All you need to do is run the client .exe (which will be included in the download) over the top of the current installation, this will update the necessary files whilst keeping the current preferences which have been set.
