[cisco-voip] CUCM 8.6.1a installation using virtualization concept

I have server UCS-C200M2 and CUCM 8.6.1a ;I want to install the CUCM for first time
 
what is the steps for installing CUCM 8.6.1a  using virtualization methode with VMware  ....???
