[cisco-voip] Unity Connection setting the voicemail exit destination

When you say "a user exits their voicemail", are you referring to a
user that is signed in to their mailbox and presses *? If so, that is
governed by the "When Exiting the Conversation.." setting on the
user's Phone Menu tab. In the 2.x Bulk Edit tool, this setting is
located under "Conversation" -> "Exit Destination".
