Hi all,

We've just upgraded from UCCX 8.0 to version 8.5(1)SU2.

Most things appear to be working. However there are some scripts that update an oncall phone number. The script appears to be mostly working. The user can dial in and authenticate, type in the new number. The new number is written to a tempory variable ok. However when I go to "press 1 to confim" the new number is not written to the XML file.

A reactive script debug shows no errors. The variable is updated but the file is not written.

Does anyone know of a way to further troubleshoot this? or what logs to check?

Thanks

Dana
