FYI for Unity Connection 8.x





"Tools | Bulk Admin Tool" --> Export users with mailbox...  (to csv)



Locate the alternate extension field in the table.

Update the CSV and then do a Update users with mailbox...

In v7.1:

GUI > Tools > Bulk Edit Utility

Select users > Next

There should be a tab at the top beside Extension, "Alternate Extensions"

But it's a transformation type operation.

You can also use the Bulk Admin tool but it has limited options and adds all extensions to the default partition configured on the system.
