if you search the archives for 'mmfspy' you'll get some hints. this will return a list of devices currently registered. you have to run it on each subscriber.

Is there a way in Call Manager 4.1 to get a list of all active phones. We are in the process of upgrading and I need to get an accurate count of all phone.
Thanks,
Jeff
