[cisco-voip] Cisco AS5400XM

Doug is right.  Back when I was supporting these we populated six slots of 108's and one channelized DS3 module.  It's been a while since I've spec'd these out, although those gateways are still cranking away.  They have up-times of 2+ years.  They run like a champ!
