[cisco-voip] UC migration and the Messages Button

I used cobras to go from Unity 7 to UC 8.6 last night.  Migration seems to
be going well, but I think my imported call handlers broke the messages
button.  When we press that button now, it goes to the directory/user lookup
voice menu, "Spell the last name..." dialog.

Where does that behavior come from, I've dug through the menus but am coming
up with nothing.
