[cisco-voip] CUC 8.5 HA licensing

Does the HA Server need a separate HA license file installed to operate under  CUC 8.5 like it used to in 7.X?

I need to know to open a case with Licensing if this is the case since the SUB shows the licenses on the cluster unlike 7.X
