[cisco-voip] UCCX Historical and Repository DB Mismatch

Hi folks,
i have uccx solution in production suddenly our customer compalined they are not able to see the data in Historical report while investigating we found one server is able to generate the reports while the Subcirber is having issue. In order to re-synch the DB i De-activated the Agent, Historical and Repository DB from Datastore and then try to activate them again. But now when i am trying to activate them again it is displaying me the attached error. I restarted both the servers' Node manager service as well but no success. Any idea how can i match the DBs again.
