[cisco-voip] Cisco Desktop administrator password recovery

Hi everyone,

  I have an older Cisco IPCC 5.X system in which I need to do a password recovery for the Desktop Administrator program.  I have searched and can't seem to find any document showing how to do a password recovery for this.  Appreciate any assistance on this.
