[cisco-voip] log file for license mac change

But if I no idea what changed, there's no "license log" file to show
"parameter_ntp changed" type of entry.

I do appreciate the help you've given Wes, it just seems that I would have
have the license rehosted by the time I look thru all the individual log
files.
