[cisco-voip] Unity Connection Issue

Hi,

I have weired problem with Unity connection , while someone leaving message
on one of the extension during recording messages, the unity start saying
itself press 1 for safe the message , press 2 ... and then it merry go round
and  end of the call, so one be leave the message, this is happening when
user get the call from PSTN, 5 digit works ok.

Can any one tell me what exactly is going on, although rest of the users are
ok
