[cisco-voip] daylight saving time ends one week to early on 7960 phones (CUCM 7.1(3a))

Hi James
thanks for your feedback.
We tried differnt Date/Time Group configurations and found out that
Africa/Windhoek* works.
So we change the Date/Time Setting this night to this Timezone and change it
back next sunday.

I hope nothing else is affected, if we change the Date/Time configuration to
Windhoek.
