Setroubleshootd is for SELinux troubleshooting.
I found three different bugs with the described symptoms, but all should
be fixed by 8.6(1).
Get a TAC case opened for investigation, this may be a new problem.

*Subject:* [cisco-voip] Memory leak in setroubleshootd CUCM 8.6(2a)?
Hello all,
after upgrading to CUCM 8.6(2a) we see setroubleshootd eating up all virtual memory. VmSize increases about 80MB per hour for this process. Has anyone observed this and is there a way to restart this service without rebooting the whole box?
Thanks,
Dietmar
