[cisco-voip] CUCM Capacity and Maximum Supported Endpoints

Wes,
I'm not sure I understand how CSCsc71873 is a bug versus CUCM working as
designed.
While I do know that I need to talk to the megacluster team before making
changes, I was looking for further information so as to formulate an opinion
of my own before doing so =)
