[cisco-voip] + sign is not working in CIPC, have to add 00 manually

Hello Team,

I have one issue in the cluster ,Soft phone Outbound call is not success if they use + sign   ..they have to manually add the 00 then call will be success . Any idea what is wrong in this ?
