[cisco-voip] calling number presentation on PRI

Dears,

I am having issues with presenting the desired calling number party on a
BelgaCom ISDN PRI (fractional). I have setup the phone lines to use external
phone number mask of the main number of the PRI and also used voice
translation-rule to translate calling number to the main DID. But when
outgoing calls are made to a mobile phone, the calling party presented is
different from that of the main number. debug isdn q931 shows the calling
number as configured. When I informed them to correct this they reply that
it is correctly setup. How can I convince them that the desired number is
not being presented?
