[cisco-voip] pen style scanner for new MAC sticker location

I have not used the wasp, however, Unitech makes a cheap(ish) pen that works
on newer phones, as much as a pen scanner can, its hard to swipe them in a
straight line to scan it, still better than typing them in, IMHO.

I could not find a quick link to the manufacturers website, so my apologies
