Based a very simple lab test this appears to work:
admin:run sql select dev.name,dnd.dndstatus from device dev, DNDDynamic dnd where dnd.dndstatus='t' and dnd.fkdevice=dev.pkid
name            dndstatus 
=============== ========= 
SEP003094C30DF5 t         


I recommend spot checking this in your system.
