[cisco-voip] CUCME/CUUE "Private Line"

Well we could, but then we either have to buy another 1FB from the phone
company to keep the proper number of lines in the trunk group for normal
calls or we don't have call handling for that line which makes the office
staff upset.  I'm in a catch-22.
