It not declare them dead per-se, but the database will so far out of date, you may need to get tac involved to work some magic to please the Informix gods (fix db replication)

Subject: [cisco-voip] Subscriber Dead time limit?

Does anyone know if CUCM has a time limit before it declares a Subscriber dead because its unreacheable(MSFT AD master will declare an AD server dead after 60 days without contact). I am deploying a CUCM platform but my staging area is limited in terms of power and I would like to build the subs then turn them off and finish populating the publisher.
