Alessandro,

Changing the CUCM name under System->Cisco Unified CM does not have any
impact.

Changing the processnode name under System->Server is valid and should
be ok as long as it's a resolvable FQDN, forward and reverse
recommended. You'll need to manually reboot the cluster after changing
these values.

What is the reason for this change and what are you trying to achieve?

Adam

Hi all, I need to change on a Production Cluster the Server name.
Actually the server name is the ip address of the Publisher, I need to
change it to FQDN friendly name.

I would like to know the impact of these action on the Cluster of One
Publisher and One subscriber on the production environment.

What happen to call processing and registration of the devices?

Thank you very much

Regards

Alessandro Bertacco
