[cisco-voip] Unity port not answering call

Hi all
I have an issue on Unity 5.0 ,when my user does not answer the call the call gets forwarded to Unity ,but the user who dialled the number keeps on hearing ringback ,almost as if Unity ports are not answering the call. From the Unity port Monitor I can see the call hitting the port on Unity side ,but then hangs up. I have attached a screenshot from the Unity Port monitor.
Any ideas ?
