[cisco-voip] E1 card type command

Hi all
 
I have router 2811 with E1 VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1
 
I want to install it 
when i enter this command : card type E1 0 0 
the IOS router didn't know the " Card " command
 
then
 
I upgraded my IOS from 12.4 to 15.0
 
but the issue still happen 
 
How can i solve this issue????
