[cisco-voip] Installing second CUPS server got a Linux panic error, got some Qs?

I am installing a second CUPS server and after the patch install as part of the installation got a Kernel Panic – Not Syncing: Fatal exceptions, what are my options??

I’m not much of a linux guy so I obviously have no idea how to proceed, any help, greatly appreciated.
