Ad-hoc video conferencing can get accomplished using ISR G2s with
PVDM3's. The PVDM3's aren't cheap, but my guess is they are cheaper than
a 3500 MCU.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Video Conferencing.

We recently upgraded our system to CUCM 8.6. I've installed CUPS and
am looking to do some Video conferencing. I'm a little concerned about
pricing for the 3500 series MCUs. Is there anything else, hardware or
software I could utilize?
