[cisco-voip] Kinda OT: voip provider for an engineer's home

I use voip.ms. Costs me about $20 / year for all of my outgoing
calls, and I have a config which allows me to register it on a CME
router. I didn't get a number as I just display my cell number when I
make a call. Incoming calls are done on the cell and outgoing on the
voip service. Never had any problems with the service.
