[cisco-voip] Overseas SIP providers

I'm working with an oil company that is migrating to SIP trunking and at this point there are only about 30 countries that support SIP trunks (that we are aware of at this point).  Unfortunately I don't have a list handy. I think Level 3 has the biggest footprint.
