[cisco-voip] FW: options on script

I have the Call Redirect set to triggering contact and destination is
set to Options Selected and Call Address is set to Destination.  When I
call it picks up but when I select an option it disconnects.

There was a call redirect left in the script that I didn't see.  Thank
you so much for your help.  Now what do I use to make the options work
because when I call the number now I get my announcement but when I
press 1 it disconnects.

Hi Sean, 

 

Does the modified script validate? Go to Tools -> Validate in the
Editor. The message you're getting means that there is some runtime
exception when executing the script (as long as it didn't complain when
you uploaded it, which is a compile time error).

When I call the trigger number it just says Sorry we are experiencing
system problems.

pressing to navigate the menu and what are you hearing/experiencing?

Trying to add options on a script and it's not working.  Can anyone tell
