Rather than doing it in "TDM" terms why not do it with VoIP?
You could setup dial-peers that point to the other 7206 and configure a 12
channel T1 on both ends. Also if you need to allow custom signaling you
could use cisco's signaling passthrough (IE for Avaya or Nortel)
