If you are using Jabber and store the employee ID attribute in Active Directory the following article should help:

Obviously substitute whatever attribute you're using instead of the SAMAccountName.

if all our Corporate photo's are named by employee ID rather than UID  how do I setup CUPS to show the pictures of the employee's?
