[cisco-voip] UCCE to UCCX scripting

Hi Leslie,

It depends. The scripting logic contained within the ICM scripts will have to be manually ported to UCCX scripts.

But, if you're using IP IVR in your UCCE environment, that is essentially UCCX with a bunch of features turned off, so you can automatically port any scripting logic in the .aef scripts for IP IVR into whatever UCCX implementation you have.

But, most of the heavy lifting is typically done in the ICM script, so the savings may be minimal.

Hope this helps.

Thank you,

Subject: [MARKETING] [cisco-voip] UCCE to UCCX scripting

Is it possible to convert made scripts into UCCX from a UCCE environment, or is it a complete redo ?

Leslie
