[cisco-voip] CER customization

i'm sure you could set up a mailbox on a unix box to parse the email as it comes in, do whatever you need to it, and send it back out.

otherwise I guess I can setup some kind of hack to send the email. Forward it, and add what I need.

You cannot customize the contents of the email or subject. You can only set what items you receive emails for under System > Mail Alert Configuration.
