[cisco-voip] Adhoc Conference issue.

Hi All, 

Has anyone come across a situation whereby when user A call user B internally and then call an external party on an adhoc conference. The problem is when user B drops off user A cannot hear the external party but the external can hear user A. The conference never seems to continue if one party drops internally. 

Any idea why this is happening.
