Yes, there are a lot of specialized SIP-focused features available on the ASR that are not available on the ISR2s as the ASRs are able to do massive carrier-level SIP interconnect while the ISR2s are more suited towards end users.

Other than scalability, are there any feature-functionality differences between CUBE Enterprise licensing for the ASR compared to CUBE on the ISR 2900/3900?
