[cisco-voip] CUPC says offline always

1) is the DN associated with the end user?
2) did you reset your SIP trunk to CUPS?
3) did you configure your security ACLs to accept all connections?
4) did you reboot CUPS?

Hello I am configuring the CUPC but when I test login the CUPC do no can change the status ON Line, always says offline.
