[cisco-voip] vg224 port problem

IM running ver 12.4 on VG224's and I have one that has lost the voice ports.
I tried building them back, but the command line for voice-ports is not in the configuration menu anymore.
Can anyone tell me how do I build the voice ports back? In the vg224 running sccp

I'm having a similar problem on a new install of sccp vg224. I've only installed a few of these, but they have gone fine, until this one. I was thinking I missed something in the config.

When you say "battery", does that mean you have side tone (can hear yourself).?are any of your ports registered doing this? Mine are.

-I compared my config to another router, and it's identical.
-I changed the cable
-Re punched
-changed out the block.

not sure what debug commands ti run.I'm waiting on a replacement vg224 to swap out
