[cisco-voip] Blocking Caller ID

Hi All, 

What is the best way of restricting sending caller ID for only one department consisting of only 5 users. The rest of the office want to send CLI. I have couple of options in mind but wanted more ideas from the group. Maybe some one may have an easier way of doing it. Any ideas will be appreciated.
